1) Ready stock item will be sent for shipping once proof of payment is received.
2) Delivery will be done bi-weekly which is every Wednesday and Saturday.
3) Order received before Tuesday will be sent out by Wednesday and order received before Friday will be sent out by Saturday. It takes less than 5 working days to reach destination depends on location.
4) Payment must be made in full amount within 3 days otherwise order will be cancelled automatically.
5) "Occasion by tg" will not hold responsible for any item damaged or lost during shipping.
6) All items sold are not refundable and non-exchangeable however all items are inspected before shipping.
